About Nokia Care
Grameen Telecom commenced its Nokia mobile service operation since 1998 with an intention to partner and serve the growing Service concept of Nokia and to have a central and value added control over its quality of post sales services (including repairs, research and analysis, and training services) and supply chain management (logistics and inventory management). Grameen Telecom is the one and only service vendor in Bangladesh under the banner of Microsoft Authorised Device Care. We are providing after sales services for Nokia & Microsoft mobile devices by maintaining 18 care centers and 49 Collection point across the country.
These service offices are strictly maintaining with Nokia/Microsoft compliance and deployed infrastructures, equipment and engaged skilled manpower to provide maximum customer satisfaction to the best of its ability. In Bangladesh We, Grameen Telecom deliver the best practices to our clients, taking account of the different cultural aspects and business customs of each country and locality. It is our policy to continue to work closely with each client with a sense of commitment on long term basis to ensure that the best practices are integrated into its operations as the authorized service vendor of Nokia/Microsoft.
