Grameen Telecom - Mobile Phone Service Centres
In present there are 13 service centres including one in the Head quarter. Among these service centers, the service center of head quarter can give Level-2 service. Beside these, other 12 service centers can give Level-1
In last 2006, Jamalpur, Tangail, Pabna, Jhinaidah and Patuakhali new 6 service certres was established.
In 2008, new plans are taken to update present service centres to NOKIA Standard instead of establishing new centres. So that, service centres can maintain their own Recurring Cost (enumeration, Office rent, Electricity Bill, Petticash, Other expenditure).
